In mid-August 2018, IMP Building Group were engaged to commence the construction of stage 2 of the townhouse development in Mt Gravatt, Brisbane. This project consists of 14 townhomes, 3-storeys with a lock-up double garage. This development employs a different design to stage 1.

Construction is due to be completed in 2019.
